We sell research and document intelligence through Open Efforts Corporation. Using the service does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Service terms
Prices, delivery, and refunds
These terms apply now. A Case Snapshot is $49 at checkout. The Assessment is invoiced after that quote. CaseWatch and ActiveAgent continue only if you opt in after the included month.
Prices
Snapshot is $49. Assessments are $199, $399, $699, or $1,199+ by case size. CaseWatch is $29, $49, $69, or $89 monthly. ActiveAgent includes CaseWatch and costs $69, $89, $109, or $129 monthly.
Included first month
Every Assessment includes one month each of CaseWatch and ActiveAgent. Neither service renews automatically. The customer must choose to continue.
Annual service
Annual CaseWatch and ActiveAgent service costs 10 times the monthly price.
Refunds
Completed and delivered research is not refundable. If we cannot complete the purchased research, the payment is refunded in full.
Cancellation
A subscription may be canceled at any time through the options supported by Square. Cancellation stops later charges. It does not refund completed research.
The customer's decision
The customer decides how to use the research. We do not choose or file a legal action for the defendant.
