Order the Snapshot
We identify the docket, count its items, estimate the pages, note key dates and baseline FSA and SCA indicators, and return the fixed Assessment price.
We assign one dedicated agent to the case. It works from that record and current sources to organize the facts, research the strongest documented paths, and build a roadmap focused on the earliest possible release.
Order a Case SnapshotThe process
You do not have to untangle the federal record first. Start with the information you have. The Snapshot tells you the case size, the documents still needed, and the price of the full work.
We identify the docket, count its items, estimate the pages, note key dates and baseline FSA and SCA indicators, and return the fixed Assessment price.
We collect and organize the record, check current sources, calculate credits, research release paths, and order the findings by apparent strength.
The report is mailed to the defendant with citations, requirements, relevant dates, administrative remedy timing, and research priorities for the earliest possible release.
The Assessment includes one month each of CaseWatch and ActiveAgent. Neither renews automatically. You decide whether ongoing monitoring or questions are useful.
How the agent works
We do not drop the file into a general chatbot. One dedicated agent works from this record and current official sources. A reviewer then checks the citations, the credit math, and whether the record is complete.
The docket, the judgment, and the documents you send. Sealed or sensitive papers can come by mail.
Supreme Court activity, the circuit and district that matter, statutes, the Guidelines, and BOP program changes.
The agent lines the record up with current law and orders the findings by apparent strength.
A research reviewer reads the report. If a citation or calculation cannot be verified, it is not used.
We do not give legal advice, file anything, or represent the defendant. The customer decides what to do with the research. A pro se filer can use the report, or it can be reviewed with counsel.
