The defendant can ask case-specific questions through CorrLinks messaging. BOP messages are monitored. Securus, postal mail, and telephone access are not available at launch.

AI-flagged issues go to research support staff, contract paralegals, and data analysts. Research staff check the work, and unresolved material is not used.
