We are a research service, not a law firm. Security controls do not create attorney-client privilege or attorney work product protection.

Access is limited to the authorized defendant or account and the people working on the case. We do not sell case files.
Mailed documents
Sensitive documents sent by mail are scanned into the client's encrypted folder. The physical copies are securely destroyed after scanning.
Monitored messaging
BOP messaging is monitored by the Bureau. ActiveAgent answers sent through CorrLinks are tied to the defendant's case, but the channel itself is not private.
