The Snapshot comes first. The Assessment does the full research and gives the defendant a roadmap focused on the earliest possible release. Ongoing monitoring and questions come after that.
Case Assessment
We organize the record, check current sources, calculate credits, research release paths, and mail the defendant a detailed roadmap with citations, requirements, and timing.
CaseWatch
After the Assessment, the dedicated case agent checks monitored sources hourly. The defendant receives a mailed report every month, including quiet months.
ActiveAgent
ActiveAgent adds case-specific questions for the defendant through CorrLinks messaging. Research staff check flagged work, and unresolved material is not used.
